Sponsorship Benefits:

Corporate : 

  • Recognition at all events for all sponsors

  • Logo display and link to your website

  • Logo display in Newsletters and online brochures produced

Individual :

  • Recognition at all events for all sponsors

  • Picture and name display in GRBA website 

  • Picture and name display in Newsletters and online brochures produced

  • For members: Event registration & dinner for family of 4 for pickup included

The Sponsor agrees to :

  • To pay Greater Richmond Bengali Association (GRBA) the amount by check, cash or credit card with this contract

  • To provide an electronic image in “camera-ready” art (.jpg, .png, .tif, .ai, .cpt, .cdr, .pmd) by Sep 25, 2022 The image or artwork may be modified to work with our website. If an image or artwork is not provided, GRBA reserves the right to display the name and address of the sponsor in any manner suitable.

  • Understands that proof may not be furnished. Furthermore, we will put our best effort to reproduce the content, but results may vary slightly due to formatting variations.

  • Agrees to provide a valid url to link to the banner in email to  FDC@mygrba.org
